Return Process

Upon delivery, immediately inspect your package to ensure all items are present and have arrived at the appropriate temperature.

If there is an issue with your order, email our team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Our butchers will review your claim to determine if the issue was caused by shipping delays or a quality defect to expedite your resolution.
